I was skeptical but decided to try? Glad I Did!
Based on the reviews I was concerned with this grill, but now that I’ve used it a dozen times? It’s amazing how well it will hold temperature, it takes it a little while on heat up to stabilize on a temp but once it’s there it’s amazing! It’ll hold that temp for hours!!!!

Wish I could give it a minus 100.
I owned several pellet grills over the years and this one is garbage. It starts big fire in pot and over heats. Does not work right at all. Getting a run around about return and this thing is not light. Don’t have the box for it anymore and it’s just a waste of time.

Out of control
Just took it out of the box and The thermostat control is not working properly. In the picture you see that it’s set to 350 but actual temp is 430. If I set it to 400 or more it climbs to over 500 up to 600 then errors out.

Highly recommend

Great for camping
This is a great little grill for camping, good for 2 people, grill area is on the small side. But you can cook a slab of ribs if you cut the in half. Burgers are very good. Would definitely buy again.

Great grill
I love this grill it holds a temperature perfectly and has made some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I did have an issue with one of the legs had broken off. I contacted the seller and they had my replacement part delivered in 4 days. Awesome product and awesome service. My only complaint was they should have a site where you can order parts and accessories from them directly.

When I received my hello.grill after installation it would not ignite. I emailed for troubleshooting instructions and was promptly answered. After following the instructions it still didn’t work. Compact
Been trying to find a smaller smoker for the Camper, I have a larger 2 piece grill system that is heavy and takes up alot of space. Have used the Hello Dr 1 time and it works great . Quality is good and assembly was easy and food tasted great. Clean up is easy, takes up less space and and not too heavy to move around.

Making some fantastic food
I am still getting to know how to best use the smoker but I have made some chicken and some Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños that were fantastic. Whish there were more videos out there of people actually using this one so I can make sure I’m doing it correctly.

Works Great
This is my first pellet grill. It seems to be built well. The instructions are easy to follow. If you set the grill for 300 or less, it will heat about 100 degrees over for about 5 min, then goes down to the desired temperature and will stay there for the duration. If you set at 400 it doesn’t do this. The grease collector and ash collector work as they should and have easy access. The temp probe is accurate as compared to my old standby. I’ve cooked a couple of13 lb turkeys, a couple briskets, pork chops and steaks so far with excellent results on everything.No complaints yet.

Love this smoker, use it daily. Heats quickly and keeps temperature. This is a quality product and at almost $100 less than the name brand(s), it is a good deal. I would buy it again but I don’t think I am going to need to because of it’s sturdy construction.

The Perfect Addition to Our Grill!
The media could not be loaded.

Good quality build
Easy to put together. Good design. I am very impressed on how well it kept the set temperature. Even in 30 degree weather, it stayed at 250 consistently. Easy to clean. Ribs and turkey breast both came out perfectly! All that at a decent price point. Con: unlike a taller smoker, the heat source is only inches away from the food and can tend to burn the food a bit at that central point. Still worth it!

first one burned down, second seems fine
my first unit didn’t seem to detect temperature and ended up burning pellets in the auger, and eventually burned out the computerThey company was nice enough to replace it and the 2nd unit works as intendedIt’s easy to setup and get operational.The main note, due to it’s compact size, is that the fire box will be the hottest part of the grill.So the center of the grill will push more heat directly above it and blacken the food.but it is so compact, I kind of expected that

Saved time to start a BBQ fire
It usually take at least 20 minutes to start BBQ fire with charcoal. Very time consuming. It is also hard to estimate the minimum amount of charcoal to use for each cooking so that you don’t need to deal with the unburned charcoal.This grill smoker saves time and cleanup effort from each cooking. I poured the wood pellets into the container. Th auger sends the pellets as needed by temperature controller. The wood pellets burned to ash and almost nothing left. The food is not over burned since the temperature does not get too high. Just start the grill, put food in, set the temperature, close the lid and the food will be ready in 2 hours.

Instructions
Sure would have been nice to have some instructions on how it works. I didn’t know about half the stuff the grill offered such as the steamer tray, or that how to use it as a grill. Thanks to YouTube. But smokes good. When I unpacked it, the pellet container lid was bent, twisted. And now after looking at the tray, it doesn’t fit in the grill all the way because the lid hits the top. Still works. One thing I don’t like is that after using it for one time only, the lid is already discolored.

I LOVE IT!
This little smoker grill is a definite game changer! So far I’ve smoked corned beef brisket, roasted vegetables, shrimp kabobs, and a venison rump roast. All came out tender and juicy and were amazing! The temperature probe is a bonus. The grill works flawlessly And customer service went above and beyond when I asked to purchase a cover for it. They actually sent me one for free! Easy to use and transport. I definitely recommend this!

GREAT Deal
I thought I had ordered a Pit Boss. When I got it and seen that it wasn’t I check my order to find out it was what I had bought. Once I used it, I was hooked. Love it. Easy to clean (Self Cleaning). Is a little bit bigger than the Bit Boss I thought I had bought. My friend has a pit boss and I think my Hello Dr, is better than the Pit Boss. Cost about the same.
