Been using this grill for a year and am impressed with its performance. Stainless grate, burner, burner box and drip pan. Easy to use and maintains temperature well. I had a fault where everything went dead. Talked to customer and tech services and they helped me identify a blown fuse. Easy fix. My only complaint is the cheap grill cover I also bought from them. Very thin and already torn. Love everything else.

This grill is working just as advertised and has performed as expected.The controls are easy to useTemp control is very good and temperatures recovery after opening the lid is quick.I have grilled food items from hamburger, hotdog, staked and roast with great success.

As someone who isn’t a griller, I was a little nervous at first to use this grill with little grilling experience. The assembly wasn’t difficult, taking about an hour to put the grill together. The easy-to-use control panel made setting the temperature super convenient. Grilling with this pellet grill is so nice because I don’t have to eye it, allowing me to save time and cook other food while I leave things on the grill. I would recommend this grill to anyone!!
