Grill performs great, exactly what we need for tailgating. Great price too. BUT assembly instructions and operating instructions are poor to say the least, appear outdated. Grill assembles no problem, literally few minutes, but the wheeled cart is not easy, plan on an hour for the cart. Some screws are self tapping and need a lot of force, to avoid blisters use mechanic gloves or a power driver. Consider the cart assembly painful but end result pays off. (as with most all pellet grills it requires 120V to operate the auger and blower). Excellent easy to access Customer Service. It is well built and heavy, makes it a little awkward setting up, but works great! Well thought out design. Best to use 2 people lifting onto a truck bed.
