I found it packaged very well. The instructions need some printed word and because there were three different screw types they needed to be disinguished in the instruction. My only Problem now is getting used to the amount of heat produced compared to my old grill. It has considerably higher BTU output.

I finally stopped buying cheaper BBQs and purchased the Napoleon. Well worth the money. Watch youtube BBQ videos and you will see why this is better than weber. If you BBQ a lot run a gas line to your grill and buy the nat gas version.
