So good!
I recently purchased the KingChain Grill, and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The build quality is excellent, and it heats up quickly and evenly. The grill is spacious and perfect for cooking for a large group. The temperature control is precise, allowing for perfectly cooked meals every time. Cleanup is also a breeze thanks to the non-stick surfaces. I highly recommend!

This product cooked the meat in the best way, the inside and outside were cooked the way I wanted.I made chicken wings and they were really crispy and deliciousThere is almost no smoke and it is very easy to use.I can easily move it in the direction I wantI loved this product!

So easy to use

this is a great grill that works from an outlet. There you can set the desired temperature, it heats up quickly and smokes well, food absorbs smoke and smells fried!! I am very satisfied with it, I like the food, it is tasty and it is prepared quickly. There you can cook meat, fish, vegetables, pizza, seafood and much more!

Great intro to pellet grilling

All in all, this is a good grill, even if it’s a little on the short side. There is a slight learning curve, both if you haven’t used a pellet grill before, and to make the most use out of the grilling space, but ease of use is great.Assembly is pretty straightforward, which is really a nice perk. I spent a little over an hour, and that included unpacking the box. The instructions are detailed, and it was not difficult to figure out which pieces went where. The grill also comes up to temp pretty quickly, so you don’t have to wait long to start cooking. After the first fill of pellets (and FOLLOW the manual for the first fill!!!) the temperature is nice and even, and the temperature gauge is accurate. I also really appreciate that the pellets leave no ash, so cleanup is a lot simpler than on a charcoal grill or hardwood grill.I had some initial concerns with this grill, but they were by no means deal breakers. First, the legs of the grill felt a little short. I was worried that I’d need to bend over a little too far to cook properly, but I can make it work. That’s also easily solved if you’re creative or have some space wood/concrete blocks available. Next up is that there is no place to hold or hang your grilling tools, but honestly, that’s more a personal preference. The last is that if you are making a food that needs to be flipped, be sure that you’ve taken the upper grate out before firing up the grill to give yourself enough room to flip.There are a few things that are good to know – not bad, just useful. First up is to FOLLOW the instructions. For this grill, it’s really important that you read the manual, and following it for the first pellet fill will guarantee you are set up for success when you’re ready to start cooking. Second is that this grill, due to the heat being indirect, is really good for smoking or roasting, but makes foods like burgers more challenging, since you don’t get a flame sear. Third, you can use the rails connecting the legs to make a ‘shelf’, for storing things like the upper grate when you want the vertical space in the grill. Fourth, this is likely best when you’re cooking for your immediate family, but probably not enough room if you want to cook for a family reunion. However, this grill is compact, so it would fit int he back of my SUV if I wanted to take it to a friend’s place.

Great grill, you need to buy pellets
My 10 year old son and I assembled the grill probably with in an hour. It was easy to assemble. Never used electric pellet grill before but it works great. We grilled some steak, hotdogs and even chicken and the taste was great. Just keep in mind that you do not get pellets with grill so we got it at Fleet Farm . Would recommend it .

Updated Review: So Far So Good
Update: finally plugged it in, loaded up the pellets, and the unit is warming up for first fire as I type. Some initial tips on final assembly and operation (so far): 1) when you check to make sure the auger is moving, be patient. The auger turns so slowly you might miss it. Also, it only turns for a few seconds then turns off for a minute, cycling back and forth between turning and being motionless; and 2) have a small magnet ready if you need to take off the pellet hopper screen. It is fixed in place by three screws and, if you drop one of those screws, it’s likely to fall into the auger access hole and will be a bear to recover w/o a magnet. Other than that, everything’s gone according to plan. I’ll update this review as my user experience continues. For now, the item came incredibly well packaged, and was easy to assemble, albeit a lot of steps. Other reviews have mentioned concerns with sturdiness – I don’t see the complaint, as the item is well-made and sturdy. Of course, time will tell and I will update the review accordingly. So far, in terms of appearance, ease of assembly, and overall construction, I’d say it’s been excellent. One star off because the pellet hopper came badly dented (but not badly enough to impact functionality and I shudder to think what returning this might entail).

Awesome grill
After having owned a Zgrills pellet grill, figured I’d try my luck with this one. The Zgrills worked great and served it’s purpose well over the years and I was skeptical at trying this new brand, King Chii. Well I was not disappointed one bit. It worked as good if not better. If you decide to try this grill I promise you will not be disappointed. I honestly have to say it worked better than I expected. Very satisfied with this purchase.

The metal is a bit thin, but this is pretty much like any other pellet smoker, just a much lower price. The control units at least seem to be the same in nearly every pellet smoker.
