This smoker is really unknown in the community, that being said it’s fantastic! Assembly was easy and everything fit perfect, instructions we very very good. The build quality is top notch, it’s really a tank, but easy to move around (the casters are top quality). Smoking is super easy, the display is the best I’ve ever seen. Cooked smoked hamburgers, ribs and reverse seared steaks. The temp probes are top quality, matching with my instant read thermometer. Gas grill is great as well, grilled brats and seared my smoked steaks to perfection. The gas gets this thing ???? almost 800f. Good storage space below and on the side. The grease management system worked flawlessly, easy to pull out by sliding 2 levers, with just the grease tray out you can vacume ash from the fire box easily as well. Has a place to wind up the cord and a pellet dump lever. This grill has more than exceeded my expectations, in features and quality, and lifetime though new to pellet grills is a top notch company and it known for great support. I highly recommend this smoker/grill if your low on space ( or if the Mrs. only wants 1 gill around ????)

The smoker and grill are both amazing. Smoker held at 375 in 30°F weather without skipping a beat. Electric starter works great – longevity will be seen. The app doesn’t really work. If you close it and open it enough, you can get it to update with the current temps, but that’s about it….

I’ve been eye ballin’ this class of grills for a long time now that can do both pellet and convenient gas grilling in one unit. Finally went with the Lifetime and couldn’t be more pleased! Each part was drilled and fitted perfectly. Instructions were overly clear. At the end of assembly you have a beautiful grill that is solid and well made. My plans were to assemble it inside to avoid the TN humidity so I unpacked all parts and laid everything out for assembly. My wife and I were going to tag team it but I got called into a long meeting. After a couple hours, I came out of my office and my wife had the entire thing finished! Plugged it in, installed the phone app, and things were all functioning in less than 2 minutes. Grills are enamel coated so throw away your wire brush and go nylon. Take care of them and you’ll be happy for a long time.

Can’t say enough good things about this grill. Quality, flexibility, and overall experience the first few months has been great. Would recommend it if you’re looking for grilling and smoking flexibility in one! Storage is great and the sturdiness is excellent. Only negative thing is the app features but seems like all brands have this concern. Highly recommend it!

Have used the gas grill several times. Temperature stays a constant and have had no problems with flare ups. The only thing I would change at this time is a thermometer in the hood of the grill. But hasn’t caused an issue, but for the money you spent on the grill should have had one.

Set aside a few hours to assemble. Have a friend there to help you move the box. Heavy box delivered on a pallet.

Assembly instructions and it was easy to assemble. Much easier than disassembling the rusty old grill (another make of grill) Performance hass been perfect!

Putting it together got almost done went to put on the hopper lid and the bracket that you put the pin through the hinge is backwards they are supposed to be the exact same from the accessories lid to the hopper lid, a little bracket, and this one that I got is backwards what are the odds

There’s absolutely nothing to dislike about this grill. After having a few of the major brands—those you find at Home Depot and online—I have to say nothing can touch this grill. Smoking is phenomenal; cleaning is the best I’ve ever seen. Then, coupled with the ability to get the grill to 700 degrees after smoking a one-and-a-half-inch Tomahawk steak for a nice finish, nothing touches it. Nothing even comes close! I love this product.
